Yeah, you read that right 😅

Recently I was booked for a private painting class through a third-party website. I honestly forgot the listing was up there, i had created several listings on different sites when i started this account prior to creating khreate.com.au. Keep in mind i’ve never booked with this site before.
Anyway, The person who enquired on this site (booking without confirmation) ended up reaching out to me personally, i suppose using information from my website.. and we started planning directly from there — all seemed good!

What I didn’t know was… they had accidentally double-booked — with another provider on the third party platform 😅
Because they had already paid through that site, the other booking went ahead and I missed out on the class entirely. (Keep in mind i was not made aware of this until the other providers reached out to me out of complete confusion.. because their customer was talking to me and not their team). The whole thing was quite messy

To make matters worse, the platform accused me of poaching the client and messaging her directly (which didn’t happen 😅😅). I assured them that this wasn’t the case and that this person must have found my business via their site.

Safe to say — I’ve learned my lesson. Unfortunately from now on I will not be taking bookings without upfront payment.

It honestly sucks to miss out on another opportunity to share creativity with the community, but lesson learned 😆

I hired Khreate for my 21st celebration and it was the most fun. I had seven of my friends paint with me at home & it was such an easy experience... I got the freedom to choose my own style of painting and was super happy with the end product as she made the instructions easy to follow

My friends had a great time trying something new and everyone walked away with a piece that was both unique & beautiful.

I went to Khreate event and it was an absolute hit! It was such an enjoyable and seamless experience.The paintings we created ended up looking pretty ridiculous, but that just made it even more fun to laugh at everyone's artwork. Highly recommend for any occasion!
